One DB, Multiple Domains

So I am doing some research on IPS Connect, but seems to me, that's two separate forums. I am trying to figure out how to add another domain, and have this format.

domain1.com/blahblah/post/example.php?

domain2.com/blahblah/post/example.php?

Where you can be on either domain, and it will show the same contact, but under that domain the user is selected on. Instead if I go to domain2.com it would register/redirect the URL/Address bar to domain1.com.

Is there any possible way to do such, and or to be pointed in the right direction?

Each url would require it's own license, and there isn't a method to use two domains with one database, each domain would require it's own database.
