Make sure you are providing the details that you use to log into the IPS Client Area at invisionpower.com/clientarea The info is correct as I can log on to the Client Area here but I cannot upgrade. Any idea why?
MADMAN32395 Posted January 4, 2017 Posted January 4, 2017 are you the owner or sub-account? Sub-Account's dont have permissions for upgrades. Only the owner can do updates.
