Picture default attachment

Hello, Merry Christmas.....

When I edit an article and a blog entry, normally will be nice attach a picture, but I would like can set up a picture default(should be a plugin?), in case if I have not a picture relate to title, that will be good for:

1. To make it like a picture advertisement.

2. I do not need attach the same picture all the time. Because will attach automatically.

3. Help to make all content created with picture, the page will be lovely.
