Leaderboard: right link to the item liked

It doesn't seem to make much sense the way it is:

The post that has 17 likes isn't the first one, which is linked in the title. To go to the right link, I need to click in the date.

If that row is to display a post that had 17 likes, its title should lead you to that post, not to the first of the topic.

Another thing: how is this updated? 4 PM now here and it still doesn't show data from yesterday.
