CMS - Remove "Show all categories" link

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to remove the 'show all categories' link from the top of my news index page, as seen below.  Appears in the mobile and full monitor size.  Cant locate correct skin in my admin panel.  Can someone help?

The templates that are used can be found in the settings for the specific database. 
Once you know the names, you can then find and change them under Pages → Templates → Database Templates
