how do i remove terms of use popping up

When a new user registers at http://shipofheroes.com/forums/

it pops up with the terms of us when you click register.

We do not want this and only want the user to have to check the box that says I agree to terms of use.

once the individual clicks register, it should not go to this. forcing them to scroll the the very bottom and selecting i accept again.

please help with this issue.

Edit the language bit reg_agreed_terms. Change it from:

<strong>I agree to the <a href='%s' data-ipsDialog data-ipsDialog-title='Registration Terms'>Terms of Use</a></strong>

to:

Quote

<strong>I agree to the Terms of Use</strong>

ACP -> Customization -> Languages -> in the row of your language, click in the Translate button -> search for reg_agreed_terms then use the text you want in the blank textarea.
