Hi,

i tried to install the application but i got some errors during that.

Quote

1S111/1 Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 8126. This includes storage overhead, check the manual. You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs

What should i do?

I use:

  • IPS 4.4.9.2
  • PHP7.3.2
  • MariaDB 10.3.21

Hi,

I am not sure if this is your football or the news application causing the issue

If you visit https://www.walkingfootball.com on a mobile phone and click one of the news links under top section called Latest News

On that new link page the breadcrumb top left says walking football but when you click the link it takes you to an old unused news category for TRA South league... within the Football application.

Can you confirm if this is your football app or the news app causing the issue?

Thanks

Hello,

Looks like Core bug.

On my dev board

http://localhost/dev/news/category/13-cool-news/

redirects to

http://localhost/dev/football/news/category/13-cool-news/

On the applications page move News application above Football.

if this does not solve the problem then try to change the FURL template.

Hi, You are a star - thank you.

Hello,

There is no widget for squads

Would you consider it for a future update?

Only reason I ask, the application is superb for something like FM but for my main site - I simply don't have the time to add all the teams, players, etc. I really would like to focus on just the single team.

If there was a widget for it, I could have all the required parts on their own URL - rather than the mysite/football/ where people can roam into areas unmanaged.

@newbie LAC: For the table widget, is this still the correct CSS?

.nbtabletr_1_3 {
	border-bottom: 1px dashed;
}

It doesn't seem to work for me anymore.

In the table widget, where the form is shown. What does the "G, P, N" mean? I'm not familiar with this.

nb4.png.7ea27a80838636ff55b15ed13fe01164.png

When I scroll over

It says "Win" for green (G), "Lost" for red (P) and "Drawn" for grey (N)...

Should it be W, L, D.
