Archiving posts - next scheduled run = not currently needed

I've just set this up for the first time, it says it runs every 5 minutes but next scheduled run = not currently needed. Does this change automatically at some point?

Currently posts are only archived when I click run now.

Unarchive posts appears to be set up correctly as that has a time for the next run.
