Some PHP help

I'd like to know if someone could lend me a hand with some quick PHP code and the RULES application.

 

I basically need a field checked for a certain response.  If the response isn't what I need it to be, the form submission is cancelled with a message.  If it DOES meet the criteria, the user is able to continue filling out the form.

Ok I'll do my best.  I have a form right now that asks the question "What platform do you play on?"  There are two options - One being XB1, the other being PS4.  What I want to happen is if someone answers XB1, the form closes and they are notified we are not currently accepting XB1 players.  If the answer is PS4, they simply continue filling out the form.
