Secondary group management

I suggest that the multi-selector box for secondary groups, gets upgraded to two seperate boxes.

One lists the available groups, the other lists the selected groups.

This way, there will be no risk of accidental deletion of a users secondary groups when trying to add a new one.

With the ability to filter both the available groups and selected groups.
