Upgrade Now banner

Anyone know how to remove or disable this annoying banner, that all admins see every time they login, from the top of my forum? I understand getting a reminder in the acp area for these but having them show up on the actual site/forum is just an unnecessary annoyance. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Since I suspect the admins of this site don't want it publicly posted, feel free to PM me.  It's easy to hide with custom.css.
