No skin, need to turn forum offline

Hi, my site has lost its skin and I need to turn it temporarily offline while I fix it.  Where is the menu option to turn it offline - without the skin it is difficult to navigate.  Is there another way to toggle it offline.  Thanks in advance!

Open in your database table "core_sys_conf_settngs"

Find row 129 (conf_id=129) This is 'conf_key'=site_online.

Column conf_value changes from 1 to 0.
