Installing forums after Pages

I've been using Pages, but now I would like to install the Forums App.

I don't know if I should upload Forums App and then what?
Anyone could tell me what is the process to do this, sorry the silly question

probably the easier and cleanest, would be just reupload your suite from the client area. then visit System>Site Features>Applications> then on the bottom, click install on Forums or any other app you want to install.

I just reupload the application folder and it worked.
