You would need to provide some more information. Do you encounter this on your installation? 

You should check your error logs from your admin CP and/or check if there's something in your uploads/logs-folder, which will usually shed some more light on the reason an error occurs. 

Alternatively you should contact IPS through their ticket system and have them investigate.
