Sparkpost Message Events

Does anyone use the sparkpost API? In the past I could see the subject and what they clicked on under Message Events in Sparkpost reports (such as unsub). However, now, I can only see the following:

Timestamp, Event, Campaign, Friendly From, Recipient, Message ID

Not sure if this is something on the sparkpost side or the API side? I also used SMTP in the past, so maybe that has additional reporting options over the API?
