Theme tricks : Help needed

1 How can we activate a specific theme for a session

Say If I am creating a mobile app ad when he opens the app , the community url is fetched with a web view.. I want that a specific theme is activated...  and there is no option to change it

2)  Removing a small piece of code from above theme :  The ads code in advertisement section has to be removed so that  code in advertisement in shown all themes but not in this particular theme
