Having an issue where a British user is posting an event for 6am but when he gets a confirmation email the email says 5am. Not just the email he is getting. Everyone who is set to get a notification on it is seeing this 1 hour difference. DST detection screwing up is my guess but how do I correct for it on my end?

That I don't know for sure. Can't seem to find a place to check. Shared hosting with godaddy. The time for me is correct though.
