Just to keep things a little simpler when not using Designers mode. Can it be possible to touch-up the Theme Resources page in the ACP?

1. Reduce all images to a fixed height/width so it looks better aethetically and funcionaly
2. Have better filter option to include the last uploaded files  - I'm tired of seeing 5000 flags and other icons before I get to a bg image I uploaded
3. Add the ability to upload more than 1 file at a time.

I know you can do most of this inside designers mode, but this would make working without that option a breeze
