Where in templates is the external link in posts?

I would like to edit the external link that people put in posts by adding a utm_source to the code but cannot find it in the templates.

Basically I want to add the utm_source to all links that are external so other sites know where it was referred from.

Does anyone know where in the templates i can edit this please?
