Authorizing New Members

I have just about finished repopulating my Converted Board and am ready to open the Board to Guests and open Registration for new Members. I have found where you can enable Guests to view and to register.

I havent been abke to locate in AdminCP on how I can set new registrations be authorized by me/Admin before being allowed to Post etc.?

Well there you go. Turns out I hadnt enabled new registration button yet, so that info wasn't there. Once enabled...it appears.
