Wordpress users conversion

Hi,

We are in the process of moving form wordpress to IPS4 and converting users in wordpress.

We use a S2 membership plugin.

I have used the IPS migration tool but it doesn't seem to have brought the passwords over some members we have tested and they dont work.

Does anyone have experience of bringing users over with passwords from wordpress.
