I cant edit some fields in ACP

Hi,

I just installed and restored my old website database (3.4.9) (+ sucessfully upgraded to 4.1.10).

In ACP I want to edit the descriptions of the forums, but it doesnt work. See: https://youtu.be/wCEuhNpU7QY

Also the menu for "parent forum" isnt clickable, as many other fields mission & not clickable (in theme settings etc).

It seems that your JS is broken. Please run the support tools located in your ACP => System => Support by choosing  "Something isn't working correctly" and clicking on "Continue"

Thank you! This support function in ACP is brilliant! Seems there was badly cached data.
