*Sigh Application upgrade issue

I upgraded several out-of-date applications earlier, however in the process (no errors) my sites been messed up a fair bit. I've managed to resolve the majority, as for some reason blocks was deleted - along with widgets duplicated in some of the deleted contents place.

The problem is now, I had a 'chat' link which had cometchat embedded but for some reason I can't get it to work now.

Can anyone help me figure out how to embed this code?
