Limit number of multiple "upload files" in field database

It would nice be to have this improvement to limit number of upload files in the "upload" field from databases

Edit: And limit size per files too

And create thumbnails.

And ability to turn off attachments in editor. Otherwise you could allow one pic in an article and a member uploads as many as they want. (Add that to Gallery too)

You can limit them by adding additional single upload fields, so if you want an article to have 6 pics, you create 6 single image upload fields. This allows you to place them where you want in the template.

Is the problem you want to restrict a larger amount and not create all the single fields?
