Looking for way to reset all notifications settings

I'm looking for a way to reset all notification setting for the entire site of all the members. I want to alter all notifications to OFF position and then alert the members to adjust them properly to meet their needs. So is there any MySQL toolbox command that could do this?

I second this.

I have had issues with v4 and email notifications going out to members who have not logged in for over a year.  So by default I want to clear all email notifications at least for all users, is this possible in the ACP or via a table command?
