Two way classification for a page - help needed

I want to have multi listing pages for job section

1 Based on Engineering Domain

• Chemical engg
• Civil engg
• Computer sci
• Mechanical engg

2 Based on country

• India
• United states
• United kingdom

I want to have a top navigation say  Jobs

and then country or branch    or branch or country

each page say chemical engineering India   will have a code to fetch jobs 

 

How can I integrate such listing in IP Board
