Post new Topic Error code: EX1364

Just migrated to a new dedicated server, and I cannot make a new post on the forum.  Getting 

Error code: EX1364

In the system logs it's showing 

IPS\Db\Exception
1364: Field 'cache_tag' doesn't have a default value

running IPB version 4.1.8.1

anyone know how I would fix this issue?

Please use the support tools in your ACP and if the weren't able to fix this, I would suggest to submit a ticket

I just tried to use the support system, didn't help, and tried to send a message through it, got the same error.  So I submitted a ticket to Invision.
