Setting Meta tags?

I'm setting up meta tags, does this look right, because to me it looks like I've got an extra forward slash /

... and what does it mean by profiles? Should I be using that? I'm not wanting anything fancy, just sensible meta tags on my main home page. Any thoughts in general?

I agree with you on that. It's an extra forward slash in the input box. Might want to check if there is a bug reported on that.

I would go to:

System-> General Configuration and change -> Site Name to "Militaria Collectors Network, militaria discussion forum" or what you think is the best.

Currently Google is indexing it as "Welcome to the Militaria Collector's Network" which is indexing "welcome" followed by the stop words "to" and "the". It is taking up some valuable real estate from your title tag.

My site name is "Militaria Collectors Network" and google must be getting the "welcome to..." from a post in the forum, not the title...
