Moving topics and posts between forums

Before my upgrade I could, as admin, move topics from forum to forum, but I can't find out how to do that now.

Can someone help please?

Is your user a moderator with move permissions ? You can see all your moderators in the ACP => Members => Moderators

We don't have moderators, we have two admins that do all the work..

Do I have to give admins moderator permissions?
