Nexus - ability to see product but not purchase

May of missed how to do this but I do not see it if it is there. I'd like to see the ability in commerce to have an additional option for guests to see chosen products but not be able to purchase them. The reason for this is you may want a guest to see a product but not be able to purchase it until they have purchased something else. For example I sell skins and skinzpacz. I want a user to of purchased a skinz before they are allowed to get a skinzpacz since our skinzpacz are made for our themes only. Saying a certain user group can't see a product is good but there's not enough flexibility here I feel.
