What is included in Content Items?

In previous versions of IPB, you could set up things like group promotions and member title changes once a member reached "x" number of posts.  Now it's once they're reached "x" number of "content items".  The problem is that I can't find anything anywhere that explicitly defines a list of items that are deemed as content items.  Can anyone link me if there is such a listing somewhere?  I would like to know what type of things count towards this criteria.

Content items is everything a user can post, like posts, gallery imsges, downloads files, blog entries, articles, etc. Same for Comments and Reviews. It also include 3rd party resources, like articles (Tutorials app), videos (Videos System app) and so on...
