RSS error on version 4.1.6.1

Ever since i upgraded to 4.1.6.1 i get these errors

Fatal error: Class 'IPS\Xml\Rss' not found in /home/xxx/public_html/xxx/forums/applications/forums/modules/front/forums/forums.php on line 331

I require RSS to work to can export posts titles to another part of our website. would this be a bug?
