Using custom theme but want the ACP to be default

Probably a simple question for most but here it is anyway!

I am using a custom theme for my site but when I set it the ACP uses the same theme now too.  I want to have the custom theme for everyone on the site (already set as default) but when I go to the ACP I would prefer it to be using the default skin or theme.  Is this possible?  If so then please let me know how to do this.

When you are in the ACP, look at the top of the page and you will see: Signed in as your username

Click that and select: AdminCP Theme > Default

Also, I have found this is a little finicky and must re-select it every once in a while.
