Upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 - Error fxcore_view_updates

Not sure what the issue is but I received the following error during the upgrade - otherwise things seem to have gone smoothly. We'll see just how well although no other errors. Pretty impressed how quick and seamless it was... at least during the upgrade.

Table 'mysite_dbips4.fxcore_view_updates' doesn't exist
