Double posting?

Has anybody seen their members submit posts twice or three times after the upgrade to 4.1?

The past couple of days, I have been getting problems with posting, either replies or status when I use it on computer. It is posted, but it is not updated real time as before, instead all I see just my typed subjects on the reply box. Hope this can be fixed, to avoid plenty of double posts

No problems with normal posting here. But status updates are broken in my environment. If you try to post a status update from the status widget (and not from the main page but a sub-forum or a topic) these status will be doubled, tripled and... yeah ... it's broken.
