How to display a custom profile field next to content the user submits?

I have a custom profile field with option do not allow member to see and edit (I want only administrators can view and modify this custom field). 

How can I display this custom field under members avatar, next to content the user submits?

I completed the field "Display format" with <strong>{title}:</strong> {content}, but if I disable the option "Allow member to see and edit?, the field does not appear. What should I do?
