Route controller url path changes in Pages

Hi guys, I want to chage default paths for some pages urls but cant work out the code needed.

This bit: app=cms&module=front&controller=page

I want to edit the record url and also the all categories pages

So this:

https://www.domain.com/deals/argos-co-uk/argoscouk-3-for-2-on-toys-offer-online-and-in-store-r1/

Becomes

https://www.domain.com/deal/r1-argoscouk-3-for-2-on-toys-offer-online-and-in-store/

And

https://www.domain.com/deals/?show=categories

Becomes

https://www.domain.com/deals/shops/
