Commerce Support unable to make ticket

[Get-Gaming]

Was unable to delete a ticket due some vague error so I manually deleted it from the database but now it won't allow users to make a ticket anymore neither one will be made if a e-mail is send. I can however make one from the admincp. What do I do?

Have a look at your error logs and see what's going on

Yup, tried everything so went for the manual solution, clearly IPS is not happy about that haha

Go to your admin area, support and run that. It may find the problem and fix it.

Already tried that a dozen of times. Have a support ticket open as well
