Using the WYSIWYG Editor when creating a block

I would like to add some text to the sidebar. How do I give the block a title? Do I have to create a custom block to do that?

You have two options.

If you want to use WYSIWYG Editor add the following line at the top:

<div style="line-height: normal; text-align:center; color:#FFFFFF;font-size: 20px;background-color:#283a4a;padding: 7px;">TITLE</div>
