content Need help -> Content-> Database ->Importing

I am not sure if I am right here :-).

I want to make with the database feature a database with:

• name
• gender
• nation
• rating
• comments

 

I already have a list with

• names
• gender
• nation

csv, sql or whatever is needed.

which I want to import and this is my problem :-).

Can someone help me with this please?
