DarkRider Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Hi There, I have no problem visiting the profiles of my members since upgrading to 4.0 but there is one member, when I click on his name to go to is profile, it returns me to and Error page that says: Quote Sorry, there is a problem Something went wrong. Please try again. Error code: EX0 As far as I can tell it's only on this single profile. Any idea what might cause this and how to troubleshoot something I can't see?
Rhett Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Hello, this was likely due to an older bug on a prior version, that isn't able to be corrected on upgrade, we can however correct this for you if you submit a support ticket in the client area. Thank you
