IPS 4 and App Titles

I'm trying to change 'forums' to 'community' on my site, so I edited the language settings but nothings changed??? It still says 'forums' but the language file shows the change, yet its not amending itself.

I did the same thing with 'pages' and titled that 'home', it works.

I don't get why this isn't working, as on other community of mine it worked. Is there a way to refresh the language settings? Any suggestions? I suppose I may have to change it within the skin template if not.
