Guests able to report content?

Hello,

I upgraded to IPB4 a couple of weeks ago and have noticed quite a few guests reporting posts. This never happened with IPB3. Is this a setting somewhere in the ACP, and can I turn it off?

You should have this option to disable guests from reporting in ACP Member Groups.
