This application will replace the standard Contact Us form from IPS 4.

Features:

• Ability to use Departments. Departments are permission based, so you can choose which user groups can use each department.
• Ability to send to everyone in any group by department
• Ability to add several emails by department
• Post topic to forum by department
• Custom email template
• Ability to add Extra Fields to the form

I've just notice that creating new fields won't show on the HTML email template. Is that suppose to be intended to do that or no?

Hi @Adriano Faria, it looks like since the upgrade to 4.7.6, two weeks ago or so, my Contact form is not working and I had not realised. It shows a confirmation as sent to whoever sends the message but it doesn't come through.

I'm using it with topics created in a subforum and an email notification to admins.

I don't have any extra field.
