any 1 having Issues sending bulk mails in cloud hosting

earlier I was on self hosted and I never had a issue sending say 40,000 emails using mandrill app

Recently I shifted to cloud hosted  and whenever I try sending bulk email -  It stops on sending around 200/ 3000 emails ....
