Change display name

Hi,

I don't want my forum members to use a display name. I want them to register with full name; First Name & Last Name. How to I change that in the register menu?

While it's not possible to force this you can require it yourself. It would require a little more work on your side though. You have a few options, to moderate new registrations and turn off "Changing" the display name or you can allow registrations and privately message people if it doesn't comply.

Either way you can make the necessary language bit changes to change "Display name" to "First and Last name".

Personally? I wouldn't join a forum that required me to use my first and last name.

Thank you. Strange that the developers is deciding what is best for me! There are a lot of forums out there that require first/last name. And for a reason.
