How to add donations tab at top or paypal?

I am new to the 4.0 version and really really need to add a paypal donate now button to the main page of our charities forum. How or where do I do this through my admincp area? Our charity needs it right in the open and not hidden.

Couple of options but I'm a fan of the work @Mike John does.

Or you could get the paypal donation code and make ad with the html code put it on your sidebar. that's what I did
