In IPS4, all of the bulk select options have gone, so you can no longer delete all of your spammer member accounts in one go.

If you click on Spammers and then delete, without realising it you are taken back to the All members view, so you have to be careful you don't delete a genuine member by mistake, assuming its the next Spammer on the list.

I think this could probably be improved, but it was useful and convenient to tick several spammer accounts and delete them without having to go 1 by 1.
