4.0.9 Upgrade has Error in Manage Blocks

With our version 4.0.8 we could manage blocks via the slide right arrow option per page. After our version step up we are now getting an "error" when we drag a block over to insert into a page. When I attempt to drop a block in, the "error" pops in where the block should reside. Has anyone else experience this issue with v 4.0.9?

4.0.9.1 is out that fixes some issues with widgets you could try that

I myself noticed some errors with 2 different widgets.
