General Configuration cannot change physical adress

hi

When I am in general configuration i cannot change the physical address.

I am presented with the idea to either add a full address or to leave fields blank ( the latter I am choosing to do)

However when i click to save it simply reverts back to a US address in Alabama

 

My site and location will only be operating in the UK but there is no way it will let me change this.

Any ideas please?  thanks
